ADVICE TO THE CUSTOMERSThe procedure for purchasing an apartment in Complex Lucky Bansko is designed to facilitate the clients at the most. We recommend you before acquiring the property (apartment):
- To advise with your Lawyer, who should be familiar with the Bulgarian legislation and is able to protect your interests. Your Lawyer should make an investigation of the investor and the construction company, the property ownership, the relevant documentation upon the construction work stage, as well as review the sale-purchase agreement. You can also authorize him to represent you before the notary. If it is difficult for you to choose a legal consultant, our lawyers could assist you and provide you with answers to all your questions.
- To clarify all your questions and embarrassments related to the purchase of the property. We are at your disposal at the given contacts for any answers and comments.
- To Book the apartment using our web site. Prior to the execution of the sale-purchase transaction, the client should book the selected apartment.
- To Pay the deposit amount. According to the existing practice in Bulgaria, the client deposits certain amount of the total property price upon expression of interest for purchase and the outstanding amount is due according to the payments schedule, agreed between the counter parties in the preliminary contract for sale and purchase of the real estate. The deposit guarantees that the apartment, you have chosen, will not be offered for sale to other parties in 21-day period, effective from deposit date, and the selling price, fixed in the preliminary contract, will not be changed.
